I tell you, as much as the media wants to put down rap artists, alot of them are actually doing big things. Not just Jay, but others who have shown the way to legit business outside of hip hop. And the funny thing is, even though they (hip hop/R&B artists) are at the top of the entertainment earnings list every year, they still don't seem to get the same amount of respect from the business world. Makes you wonder, don't it!

New Jersey Nets CEO Brett Yormark said the team is committed to moving to Brookyln in time for the 2011-12 season, according to Bloomberg News.
“We’ll be there for the ‘11-’12 season. We’ve pre-sold 20 percent of our suites.” Yormark said in a report published on Friday. “We’ve got eight of our 14 founding partnerships already completely signed. Next week, we’ll announce our ninth.”
