Now this Don't Make No Damn Sense...The Offical Chris Brown/Rihanna Police Report

NOW THIS DON'T MAKE NO DAMN SENSE....THIS IS THE STORY FROM CNN.COM

CNN -- The argument that led to singer Chris Brown's arrest on felony assault charges began when his girlfriend, singer Rihanna, found a text message on his cell phone from "a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with," according to a sworn police statement.

The argument between Rihanna and Chris Brown, shown here last year, began with a text message, said police.

Authorities charged Brown on Thursday with felony counts of assault and making criminal threats, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said. If he is convicted, the sentence could range from probation to four years and eight months in prison, the office said.
It identified the woman only as his girlfriend, Robyn F. Rihanna's full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.

Brown was scheduled to appear in court later Thursday.

Twenty-one-year-old Rihanna was allegedly attacked by Brown on a Los Angeles street before the two were to perform at the Grammys on February 8.
Brown apologized for the incident last month.

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired," the 19-year-old said in a statement released by his spokesman. "I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person."
A search warrant used by police to obtain cell phone records related to the case included the sworn statement by Los Angeles Police Detective DeShon Andrews in which he detailed what allegedly happened in the early morning hours of February 8.

According to the statement:

"Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F. as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robyn F. picked up Brown's cellular phone and observed a three-page text message from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.

"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion.

"Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.'s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle.

"Brown looked at Robyn F. and stated, 'I'm going to beat the s--t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!' "

The detective said she then used her cell phone to call her personal assistant ... who did not answer.

"Robyn F. pretended to talk to her and stated, 'I'm on my way home. Make sure the police are there when I get there.'

"After Robyn F. faked the call, Brown looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!'

"Brown resumed punching Robyn F. and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and face near her lap in [an] attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied upon her by Brown.

"Brown continued to punch Robyn F. on her left arm and hand, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps (sic) that was approximately two inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand.
"Robyn F. then attempted to send a text message to her other personal assistant. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window onto an unknown street.
"Brown continued driving and Robyn F. observed his cellular telephone sitting in his lap. She picked up the cellular telephone with her left hand and before she could make a call he placed her in a head lock with his right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.
"Brown pulled Robyn F. close to him and bit her on her left ear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle ... and Robyn F. turned off the car, removed the key from the ignition and sat on it.
"Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. He then placed her in a head lock positioning the front of her throat between his bicep and forearm. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F.'s left and right carotid arteries, causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness.
"She reached up with her left hand and began attempting to gouge his eyes in an attempt to free herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her. While Brown continued to punch her, she turned around and placed her back against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest, placed her feet against Brown's body and began pushing him away. Brown continued to punch her on the legs and feet, causing several contusions.
"Robyn F. began screaming for help and Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighborhood heard Robyn F.'s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F. was issued a Domestic Violence Emergency Protective Order."
At the end of his statement, Andrews said Brown sent her text message apologizing nine days later.
"In the text message, Brown apologized for what he had done to Robyn F. and advised [the second personal assistant] that he was going to get help."

Tupac Still Making Paper from the Grave...And I'm Broke ALIVE!!

When Tupac Shakur was serving prison time way back in 1995 on sexual assault charges he wrote an entire film screenplay called Live 2 Tell. Rumors of this screenplay being turned into a feature film have been floating around since 2007….and contrary to popular belief, Live 2 Tell is not the recently publicized Tupac biopic that his mother is currently in a court battle over.
Live 2 Tell is actually a completely original screenplay written by Tupac and is centered around a drug kingpin trying to get out of the game. The script had been circulating Hollywood since 2005 and shopped around directly by Tupac’s mother who has executive producer credit. The movie rights currently are held with Insomnia Productions which produced the hit HBO series “Rome” and is slated for a VERY tentative 2010 release. Official synopsis as follows:

A charismatic young man at the dawn of adulthood spirals down the wrong path in life and is brought into the underworld by his once trusted mentor, only to
become one of the most powerful and feared kingpins in the city. Eventually his
conscience gets the better of him and he is driven to self redemption in life…
and love.

Considering this movie has been stuck in development hell for the past couple of years, no director or studio is attached, and Afeni Shakur is now concentrating more than ever on bringing her son’s biopic back to life, it will be no surprise if Live 2 Tell never makes it to the big screen.

Jazmine Sullivan Lands A Movie Role

Up and coming R n’ B artist Jasmine Sullivan, a recipient of five Grammy nominations, takes a leap into acting with her first film role to begin shooting in April. The Philadelphia singer/songwriter has a plum role in director Anthony Hemingway’s “Red Tails,” reports Billboard.

“I play a singer who entertains soldiers,” says Sullivan, who will appear in the movie alongside current touring partner Ne-Yo. “I’m really just entertainment for them, but I kind of get a little relationship going with one of them. So that’s very exciting.” “I used to act when I was younger, in little plays,” adds Sullivan, who attended Philadelphia’s Creative and Performing Arts high school.“It never was really a passion of mine. It’s just something I did and I could do. Anything where I can be creative, I like to do.”

Sullivan also has a TV project in the works but says she can’t reveal details yet. She’s not yet sure about a fourth single from her debut album “Fearless,” and a follow CD appears to be on the back burner at the moment. “I haven’t discussed it with the label [Atlantic],” Sullivan says. “They aren’t pressuring me yet. I think we all are trying to get (’Fearless’) heard worldwide. But I am thinking of songs these days.

“I took a break (from writing). I didn’t have an inspiration or anything like that for a little while. But now it’s starting to come to me. I don’t like to force things; as they come to me, I put the ideas down and…roll from there.”

As for going 0-for-5 at this year’s Grammy Awards, Sullivan said it’s all good. Her time will come.

“I’m not at all upset,” said the artist, nominated for best new artist and in various R&B categories. “Everybody who was nominated pretty much was deserving. I have a long career ahead of me, so this is not my last Grammys, hopefully.”

HorraY!!!! The First All-Black FEMALE Flight Crew Makes History through Nashville

Four African American women made history this month when they took an ASA flight from Atlanta to Nashville. They weren't passengers. They were the nation's first all black all female flight crew.

Meet airline captain Rachelle Jones, first officer Stephanie Grant, and flight attendants Diana Galloway and Robin Rogers. When they worked that ASA flight from Atlanta to Nashville they never expected to make history. In fact, it was a matter of chance.

"The first officer became ill and was replaced with Stephanie," said Galloway.
"When I got to the cockpit and I saw Rachelle -- we just met a few weeks prior," Grant said. "And I was just ecstatic when I saw her in there."

"We did not realize the historic ramifications of it," Rogers said. "We were just like, okay this is gonna be fun."

But Captain Rachelle Jones got it right away. She and Grant in the cockpit, Galloway and Rogers in the cabin -- all black, all female.

"I said this could be a first, so let's be on our P's and Q's," Jones said.

"I think we had a little more pep in our step," said Galloway. "I think we were just so proud."

They took a lot pictures because their history just happened to be during Black History Month.

"I'm still tingling about it," said Rogers. "This is great. It's spectacular."

"It still hasn't hit me now," said Jones. "I was just excited. I called my mom, my family and said guess what happened today."

Jones is one of only ten black female airline captains in the country. She used to be a customer service agent for Delta. Piloting was never on her radar until a friend suggested it.

"And it paid off -- and this was my goal -- to be here where I am today," she said. "And I'm so happy at what I've accomplished."

As little girls, they'd never seen anyone who looked like them piloting a plane. Now for other little girls, they're proof you really can be whatever you want to be.
"Fate may have a little bit to do with it, but for everyone that will look at us as role models or look to aspire to be what we are today, they need to know that it was hard work and dedication to get here," Grant said.

"Young girls need to see that yes they can be flight attendants and yes they can be pilots," said Jones. "The sky is the limit."

Atlantic Southeast Airlines has three black female pilots. Only one has made Captain so far.

Chris Brown & Rihanna are back together...here's how it's being reported::::

From MTV.com:

If a series of reports breaking on Friday night (February 27) are true, Rihanna and Chris Brown have reunited and are staying at a house owned by Diddy near Miami – and Rihanna’s father has already said he’ll be “supportive” of their reunion.

Just before 8 p.m. ET on Friday, People.com published a story citing an unidentified source as saying of Brown and Rihanna, “They’re together again. They care for each other. While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves.”

Approximately two hours later, UsMagazine.com cited a “Rihanna pal” as confirming the reunion and saying, “She’s not listening to anyone. And of course Puff [Diddy] got involved in this.”

The site also reported the pal as saying that Brown has been seen “smiling, riding a jet ski, and flexing his arm muscles,” and that Rihanna arrived four days ago.

Not an hour later, Us quoted Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, as saying, “I love my daughter with whatever road she takes. I’m behind her win or lose. I will be supportive. If that’s the road she wants to choose, I’m behind her. I hope to see her soon. I talked to her after her birthday, and she told me she’s OK.” Fenty had spoken with both magazines earlier this month, and told People that he hoped Rihanna would “stand up for women all over the world” and added of Brown, “You think you know somebody, but you really don’t.”

At press time, reps for Chris Brown, Rihanna and Diddy had not responded to MTV News’ requests for comment on the reunion reports.

Friday’s news comes less than three weeks after the couple’s alleged altercation early on February 8, which caused both to miss scheduled appearances at the Grammy Awards.

In recent days, many media outlets have reported that the couple have been in contact, citing unidentified sources. Rihanna issued a statement last Friday saying that she “remains strong [and] is doing well.” Brown issued a statement the week before saying he’s “sorry and saddened … over what transpired.”
